The beauty of yoga is that it develops these qualities in everyone so they are not prerequisites! 

Iyengar Yoga is an inclusive form of yoga; the use of props means that everyone can access the poses and make good progress. As well benefiting the physical body, practising yoga enhances your wellbeing and brings balance and calm.
