Join Clare and find some space for yourself in the hurly burly of pregnancy and arrival of babies.
Clare is a practising midwife, yoga teacher and mother of two - so really understands the benefits of joining the class.
This class is open to all pregnant women, from fourteen weeks gestation, and postnatal women six weeks post delivery, regardless of previous yoga experience.
