We are delighted to welcome Uday Bhosale for the first time at the Centre. Uday will be teaching a special "visiting teacher" online class on Saturday 15 January 2022, 16:30 - 18:00. Price £15
Whatever your experience, age, ability and goals, Uday designs his yoga instruction and teaching to help you get the most benefit from it.
His sessions are interactive, engaging, light-hearted and fun whilst staying true to the art, science and philosophy of Iyengar Yoga.
Uday provides structure, knowledge and discipline with a ‘light touch’ making Iyengar Yoga accessible to all whether you want to deepen and enhance your practice, learn something new, understand your body better or improve your health and well-being.
This will be a very enjoyable experience esecially if you have never joined one of his classes before.
