A new class for Beginners is starting on Wednesday 27 October in Block 11-21.
This will be a one hour class from 19:00 to 20:00 and will be in person in the studio.
This class is suitable for everybody, especially complete beginners and those unfamiliar with Iyengar yoga.
It will be the perfect introduction to Iyengar Yoga, introducing the fundamental postures (asanas) which leave a calmer mind and stronger body.
Taught by Katie Rutherford, who has many years of experience in studying and teaching yoga, it is also a “training class” where she will be assisted by experienced students who are being mentored to become teachers themselves.
