Clare is a practising midwife, yoga teacher and mother of two - so really understands the benefits of joining the class.
class is open to all pregnant women, from fourteen weeks gestation, and
postnatal women six weeks post delivery, regardless of previous yoga

environment whilst still focusing on keeping an active yoga practice.
