Catero will again suggest some sequences of asanas that she hopes will inspire you and your mat to become reacquainted after the festive break.
This class is for everyone with 6 months plus Iyengar yoga experience.
Recommended equipmentA mat, 2 blocks, a belt and a sturdy kitchen/dining chair (or alternatives such as large books, foled towels, dressing gown belt)
