BEGINNERS: NEW START
For students completely new to yoga or new to the Iyengar method.
**This class is booked for the whole block since each class builds on the previous week's class. If you would like to book after the block has started please email email@example.com**
Over the course of 8 weeks, poses (asanas) will be taught to develop strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility.
This will give you a sound grounding in Iyengar yoga.
