Welcoming back Sushama

We hope everyone who attended Lucienne's workshop last week had a wonderful time working on their yoga practice. It was a pleasure seeing so many of you there.

As we continue our summer break, Linda and Anne are hard at work refreshing our beautiful Centre. Their dedication ensures that our space remains a welcoming and serene environment for all.

In the meantime, the Board has been busy planning behind the scenes, and we are delighted to announce the return of Sushama to our Centre.

Sushama has been studying Iyengar Yoga at the Rammani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, for over 23 years. Under the guidance of Guruji, Geetaji, and other esteemed members of the Iyengar family, she has honed her practice and teaching skills. At RIMYI, Sushama has taught Senior Citizens' and Minor Ailment classes for over a decade and currently leads Beginners and Intermediate classes. Her expertise has reached international audiences through both on-site and online workshops in Japan, Mexico, Germany, Italy, and the UK.

Sushama's gentle approach creates a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for her students. Her extensive experience with Senior Citizens and Minor Ailments classes makes her a compassionate and attentive teacher. Her kindness and care truly shines in her classes, ensuring that everyone feels well taken care of.

We are thrilled to invite you to her upcoming workshop:
